By adding Alfred to your Discord server or using any of Alfred's features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Alfred.

2. Description of Service

Alfred is an AI-powered Discord bot that provides various services including but not limited to: AI conversations, image generation and web searches. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

3. User Conduct

When using Alfred, you agree not to:

Use Alfred for any illegal purposes.
Generate or request content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or is otherwise NSFW (Not Safe For Work).
Attempt to exploit, harm, or extract data from Alfred.
Use Alfred to spam, harass, or disrupt Discord servers.
Attempt to reverse engineer or access Alfred's underlying code.

4. Content and Data

By using Alfred, you acknowledge and agree that stored messages MAY be reviewed to improve Alfred. We may collect and store conversations with Alfred to improve our services and ensure compliance with these terms. You can opt-out of message analysis for personalization at any time via the /user-settings command.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but Alfred may experience downtime for maintenance or due to technical issues. We do not guarantee 24/7 availability of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Alfred at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Alfred after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the bot's notification system.
